iQ 4500
The iQ 4500 is Kjellberg Finsterwalde's most powerful plasma cutting system. With a cutting current of up to
450 A, it is designed for automated cutting applications that demand high performance and reliable cutting results.
Its extensive cutting range allows a wide variety of material thicknesses to be processed. The iQ 4500 cuts mild steel up to 120 mm thick and stainless steel up to 130 mm thick, covering a broad spectrum of industrial cutting applications.
Q-Desk provides real-time access to relevant process and system data. This improves transparency during operation and supports targeted monitoring and optimisation of cutting processes.
With TorchGuardian as standard, the iQ-Series offers intelligent torch protection functions for greater process reliability in plasma cutting. The integrated technologies monitor the condition of consumables, display relevant status information and enable efficient consumable utilisation and planned consumable changes.
The Q-Torch Auto Change System provides the basis for automation within the plasma cutting process. Automatic torch changes reduce manual intervention and support continuous production.
Typical applications include demanding automated cutting processes in steel construction, plant engineering and industrial manufacturing.
