The Kjellberg Foundation and the companies within the Kjellberg Group are committed to responsible and compliant business conduct. Compliance with applicable laws and adherence to clear ethical principles form the foundation of our corporate activities.

Our compliance system provides guidance for employees, strengthens the trust of customers and business partners, and helps identify and prevent risks at an early stage.

On this page you will find our key compliance principles as well as information about our whistleblowing system.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct of the Kjellberg Foundation and the companies within the Kjellberg Group defines binding standards of conduct for employees and managers. It sets out the fundamental principles for lawful, responsible and ethical behaviour in day-to-day business activities.

The Code of Conduct provides guidance for collaboration within the company as well as for our dealings with customers and business partners, and for compliance with legal and internal requirements.

It forms the basis for trust-based cooperation and helps to identify risks at an early stage and act responsibly.

The full Code of Conduct is available here as a document.

Possible violations of these principles can be reported through our whistleblowing system.
