Service Packages for Plasma Cutting Systems
Kjellberg Service Packages combine maintenance and service solutions for plasma cutting systems and support the reliable operation of your equipment. Preventive maintenance, regular inspections and the replacement of defined components help ensure operational safety, high system availability and a long service life of your plasma cutting system.
The service packages include both recommended components for the regular maintenance of your plasma cutting system and service work carried out by our service technicians. The selection of components depends on the operating hours or the years of service of your system.
Please always provide the serial number of your plasma cutting system when placing an order.
For the models HiFocus 280i / 360i / 440i, the KWE service package must also be selected.

Scope of the Service Packages
The Kjellberg service packages include, among other things:
- Preventive replacement of components
- Coolant replacement and environmentally responsible disposal
- Cleaning of the power source and system components
- Inspection of system components
- Testing of electrical equipment in accordance with DGUV V3
- Training for operators and maintenance personnel (optional)
