Whistleblowing
Confidential reporting channel for reports of possible violations of laws or internal regulations.
The Kjellberg Foundation and the companies of the Kjellberg Group operate a whistleblowing system through which potential violations of laws or internal regulations can be reported confidentially.
The internal reporting office is managed externally by DACO Leipzig GmbH – Data Protection & Compliance.
Reports can be submitted confidentially and, if desired, anonymously. The confidentiality of the reporting person’s identity is protected in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act.
