KSI 1000

The KSI 1000 inverter power source combines state-of-the-art technology with over 90 years of experience in UP welding technology at Kjellberg Finsterwalde.

It delivers up to 1000 A welding current at 100% duty cycle and can provide currents of up to 2000 A in parallel operation of two devices. Parallel connection is simple with plug & play.

With reduced switching losses and an efficiency of 90%, the KSI 1000 is particularly efficient and exceeds the requirements of the EU Ecodesign Directive. Its robust design and intelligent construction allow it to be used even in demanding environments. Swivel and fixed castors ensure mobility, while intuitive operation ensures safe handling in daily use.

In combination with the proven UP tractors of the KA series, the KSI 1000 opens up flexible application possibilities – from automated submerged arc welding to semi-mechanised applications. The result is a powerful system that combines precision, efficiency and reliability and enables weld seams of the highest quality.
