Terms and Conditions for the Instagram Giveaway “Follow and Win Ice Cream”
1. Organiser

2. Giveaway
Kjellberg is running an Instagram giveaway as part of the #Mission1000 / #EisScheering campaign.
The following prizes will be awarded:
10 vouchers worth EUR 10.00 each for a small ice cream treat.
Depending on the place of residence of the winners, the prize will be provided as an ice cream voucher or as an equivalent voucher worth EUR 10.00. There is no entitlement to a specific voucher provider. Cash payment, exchange, transfer or conversion of the prize is excluded.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts when the giveaway post is published on Instagram and ends on:
31 August 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CEST
Entries submitted after the end of the giveaway period will not be considered.
4. Eligibility
Natural persons aged 18 years or older are eligible to participate. Participation is possible worldwide, provided that participation is permitted under the laws of the participant’s country of residence. Kjellberg reserves the right to provide an equivalent substitute prize if it is not organisationally possible to provide an ice cream voucher at the winner’s place of residence. Persons directly involved in the planning, organisation or implementation of the giveaway are excluded from participation.
5. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the giveaway period:

- Follow the Instagram account @torsten_scheer_kjellberg
- Like the giveaway post
- Comment on the giveaway post with their favourite ice cream flavour
Anyone who already follows @torsten_scheer_kjellberg can also participate. In this case, liking the giveaway post and commenting with their favourite ice cream flavour is sufficient. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments do not increase the chance of winning. Entries submitted via giveaway services, automated services, fake accounts, bots or other manipulative means are excluded. Kjellberg reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of suspected misuse, manipulation or violation of these terms and conditions.
6. Selection and Notification of Winners
The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the giveaway period has ended. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram via the official Instagram account of Kjellberg or via @torsten_scheer_kjellberg. Winners must respond within 7 calendar days of being notified. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and Kjellberg reserves the right to select another winner.
7. Prize Fulfilment
For the purpose of fulfilling the prize, Kjellberg may request additional information from the winners, such as name, email address or postal address, where this is necessary to provide the voucher. The prize will be sent or provided after coordination with the winners. Depending on the winner’s place of residence, the prize may be provided as an ice cream voucher, a digital voucher or an equivalent voucher worth EUR 10.00.
8. Publication of Winner Data
Winners’ names or personal data will only be published if the respective person has expressly agreed to this. Without such consent, winners will be notified by direct message only.
9. Early Termination or Modification of the Giveaway
Kjellberg reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical, legal or organisational reasons. This applies in particular in the event of disruptions to the Instagram platform, attempts at manipulation, misuse or other circumstances outside Kjellberg’s control.
10. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram or Meta and is not sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram or Meta. The sole contact and responsible party for this giveaway is Kjellberg. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the giveaway must be directed to Kjellberg and not to Instagram or Meta.
By participating, participants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility in connection with this giveaway.
11. Data Protection
Kjellberg processes personal data of participants for the purpose of conducting and managing the giveaway. This may include in particular:
- Instagram username
- Publicly visible profile name
- Submitted comment
- Where applicable, name, email address or postal address of the winners for prize fulfilment
The data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and managing the giveaway, in particular for verifying eligibility, selecting winners, notifying winners and providing the prize. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as the processing is necessary for participation in and implementation of the giveaway. Where data is processed to prevent misuse or to document the proper implementation of the giveaway, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data collected in connection with the giveaway will be deleted after completion of the giveaway, unless statutory retention obligations apply or legitimate interests justify longer storage. The use of Instagram is also subject to the privacy policy of Instagram / Meta.
12. Liability
Kjellberg is not liable for technical disruptions, failures of the Instagram platform, data loss or other issues outside Kjellberg’s control that may affect participation in the giveaway. Kjellberg is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
13. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
14. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
