At EuroBLECH 2022, Kjellberg Finsterwalde will present the latest addition of the Q-Series: Q 4500. With a cutting current range of up to 450 A, it is the most powerful plasma power source for digitalised production. It combines precise plasma cutting and marking at the best level and enables the user to make precise plasma cuts up to 120 mm. High cutting speeds reduce costs and increase efficiency. The browser-based HMI Q-Desk developed by Kjellberg provides process data and information of all system components in real time on standard devices independent of location. Via the Ethernet interface, users can transfer and process all data using the MQTT protocol. The Kjellberg eService ensures reliability in production through remote diagnostics, remote monitoring and regular updates.
