Intelligent consumable monitoring for HiFocus neo

The TorchGuardian Module is an accessory for HiFocus neo plasma cutting systems and monitors the condition of the cathode during the cutting process. Especially during O₂ cutting of mild steel with high cutting currents, cathode wear can reach a critical point.

From 280 A, the module automatically detects the wear condition of the cathode. If the cathode reaches a critical wear limit, the TorchGuardian Module stops the cutting process in time. This helps protect the torch, supports better use of the consumables and increases process reliability in plasma cutting.

The TorchGuardian Module is available as an add-on for new HiFocus neo systems and as a system-specific retrofit kit for existing systems. This allows intelligent consumable monitoring to be integrated specifically into existing cutting processes.
