K 200

JUST CUTTING – Focus on what matters most

The K 200 combines reliable cutting results with simple operation and low investment and operating costs.
With a cutting current from 60 to 200 A, the plasma power source processes material thicknesses from 1 to 60 mm and is suitable for CNC-guided and robot-guided plasma cutting.

Depending on the application, the K 200 cuts with oxygen, nitrogen or air and also provides a marking function. Integrated automatic gas control and direct torch connection simplify installation and maintenance.

Integration into CNC systems

Via the RS-485 serial interface, the K 200 can be integrated into and controlled by CNC guiding systems. For systems without a serial interface, the K-Desk app allows users to monitor, select and adjust process and cutting parameters via smartphone.

For robot-guided plasma cutting, the compact K-Torch XS Robo robotic torch extends the K 200 to automated cutting applications using industrial robots.

Plasma cutting with compressed air

The K 200 can also cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium using air as both the plasma and swirl gas.
For suitable applications, this reduces the need for additional cutting gases and makes the K 200 easier to use at production sites where gas availability is limited or additional supply logistics are required.

Depending on the material and cutting task, oxygen or nitrogen can also be used as the plasma gas.
