Flexible air plasma cutting system for versatile applications in workshops and metal fabrication

The CUTFIRE 90 is an air plasma cutting system for hand-held and mechanised cutting. With a cutting current of
20 to 90 A, it cuts mild steel within the recommended cutting range up to 25 mm, with a maximum cutting capacity of 40 mm. Its 80% duty cycle supports longer cutting tasks in day-to-day operation.

At just 30 kg, the CUTFIRE 90 remains flexible for use in workshops, metal fabrication and on-site applications. It uses compressed air as the plasma gas and is suitable for cutting mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
The operator selects material, material thickness and cutting mode via the digital display; the system then determines the appropriate process parameters for the cutting task.

The CNC interface and marking function extend its use from manual plasma cutting to mechanised cutting on a cutting table. Digital pressure control and integrated monitoring of operating parameters help maintain consistently stable process conditions.
