Mobile air plasma cutting system for workshops and on-site work

The CUTFIRE 70 is an air plasma cutting system for hand-held and mechanised cutting. With a cutting current of
20 to 70 A, it cuts mild steel within the recommended cutting range up to 20 mm, with a maximum cutting capacity of 35 mm.

Weighing just 28 kg, the CUTFIRE 70 is designed for flexible use in workshops, metal fabrication and on-site applications. It uses compressed air as the plasma gas and is suitable for cutting mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Material, material thickness and cutting mode are selected via the digital display, and the system automatically sets the corresponding process parameters.

The CNC interface and marking function extend its capabilities from manual plasma cutting to mechanised applications, for example on a cutting table. Digital pressure control and integrated process monitoring support a stable cutting process.
