The CUTFIRE 125 is an air plasma cutting system for hand-held and mechanised cutting. With a cutting current of 20 to 125 A, it cuts mild steel within the recommended cutting range up to 40 mm, with a maximum cutting capacity of 60 mm. Its 100% duty cycle supports longer cutting operations even at high utilisation.

The CUTFIRE 125 uses compressed air as the plasma gas and is suitable for cutting mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Material, material thickness and cutting mode are selected via the digital display. The control system automatically determines the appropriate process parameters for cutting current, cutting pressure and cutting speed – making setup straightforward even when cutting tasks change.

The CNC interface and marking function enable both manual plasma cutting and mechanised operation on a cutting table. Digital pressure control and integrated process monitoring support stable process conditions when cutting thicker materials.
