The CUTFIRE 105 is an air plasma cutting system for hand-held and mechanised cutting. With a cutting current of
20 to 105 A, it cuts mild steel within the recommended cutting range up to 30 mm, with a maximum cutting capacity of 50 mm. Its 100% duty cycle supports longer cutting operations even at high utilisation.

The CUTFIRE 105 uses compressed air as the plasma gas and combines high cutting performance with straightforward operation when cutting mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The operator selects material, material thickness and cutting mode via the digital display.
The system then automatically determines the appropriate process parameters for cutting current, cutting pressure and cutting speed.

With its CNC interface and marking function, the CUTFIRE 105 is suitable for both manual plasma cutting and mechanised applications on a cutting table. Digital pressure control and integrated process monitoring support stable cutting conditions during operation.
