Dear Sir or Madam

We would like to inform you about the current impacts of Covid-19-Virus on our business activities. We are working without restrictions at the moment. Like everybody else we cannot assess the effects of the health crisis but are preparing for the upcoming challenges and possible further intensifications now. Internally, we have taken measures to protect our employees as best as possible and still to ensure a smooth flow of goods and to be fully available for you. We ask for your understanding that from now on we will no longer receive visitors and technical service missions in risk areas in Germany or abroad will be cancelled until further notice. However, we can still be reached by phone and e-mail as usual. In addition we are available via telephone and video conference in order to stay in constant dialogue with you. We are in constant contact with our suppliers and do not see any problems with our ability to deliver due to the announced delivery delays. We will inform you as fast as we can about possible changes.

With these lines we would like to show you that we are still a reliable partner and support you “as usual” in these extraordinary times.
