The history of Kjellberg Finsterwalde is closely connected with Oscar Kjellberg’s patented invention „Electrode and procedure for electrical soldering “. More than 100 years have passed since then. Many inventions to improve the welding and plasma cutting process have since marked the company’s way. Kjellberg products have simplified daily tasks in the metal working industry, they have supported the customers’ high quality standards and last but not least they have increased the efficiency of production considerably. In 2009 the group looks back on 50 years’ experience with plasma cutting engineering and 75 years’ experience with automated welding. Our customers’ needs are - and will be in future – our incentive and measure for further development in the field of thermal material processing.
