With Kjellberg plasma cutting up to 160 mm and piercing up to 50 mm
Here the plasma cutting principle was developed in the early sixties together with Institut Manfred von Ardenne, Dresden.

Also today Kjellberg Finsterwalde continues the improvement of that technology steady. The most powerful plasma cutting device, the HiFocus 440i, is available since 2008. It enables cutting up to 100 mm thickness and piercing up to 50 mm :
