Welding Carriage KMF with Magnetic System
 The flexible welding carriage KMF completes the product range for manual GMA welding. The package includes a manual GMA welding unit. Due to its electronic speed control and the permanent magnetic system the KMF is highly versatile and self-positioning (in case of ferromagnetic materials).
Thanks to its small size and light weight of only 4.8 kg the mini-carriage is suited even for confined spaces. With the welding speeds covering a range between 10 - 125 cm/min, the KMF is a cost-effective welding unit – also for piece and serial production.
A constant mechanical feed and the exact torch guidance make it possible to achieve seams of highest reproducibility and quality. The KMF is equipped with lateral guide rollers so that the machine can be positioned at the web plate and aligns independently. The guide rollers are adjusted in the aluminium profiles at the front and the back of the machine.
The KMF can be used at short notice because the battery charging time amounts to 25 minutes only. It allows welding for more than 16 hours without recharging. Further advantages of the welding carriage KMF are easy handling and the variable use also with machine torches.
