Power Source KH 600 newArc for Gas-Shielded Metal Arc Welding
The inverter welding unit KH 600 newArc delivers a power of up to 600 A D.C. for gas-shielded metal arc welding (GMAW). The GMAW power source convinces with its simple operating concept for numerous MIG/MAG welding processes, including, among others, Kjellberg's high-performance process newArc for a deeper penetration and less influence of heat.
Other welding processes that can be realised with the KH 600 newArc are the nearly spatter-free MIG/MAG pulse welding, the MAG high-performance welding with rotating arc and the low-spatter short and spray arc welding. Furthermore, manual electrode welding and gouging with carbon electrodes is possible with this power source.
The KH 600 newArc is a versatile power source and is suited for mechanised, partly and fully automated welding tasks in industry and craft.
The mobile inverter guarantees highest quality of manufacture and performance. The robust carriage simplifies the flexible use. All connections, except for the mains cable, are on the front panel.
The Kjellberg power source convinces with reliable ignition behaviour and a stable arc. Digital displays and wear-free remote switches make it easy to control the process. The integrated water circulation cooling with flow switch and the thermal protection switches guarantee high safety during shielded arc welding.
