Kjellberg Finsterwalde Presents New Welding Electrodes

Welding electrode Prima blue Three new welding electrodes will expand from now on the product range of Kjellberg Finsterwalde Elektroden und Zusatzwerkstoffe GmbH. With the high-alloyed welding electrode Finox 29/9 Gold, the rod electrode Prima blue  blue for all welding positions and the iron electrode Ficast Fe for surfacing and buffering layers on castings, three special models will be available from now on for all users.

Welding rod Finox 29/9 GoldThe special electrode Finox 29/9 Gold was designed for extremely safe and durable joint welding and surfacing of difficult-to-weld steel. Typical applications are the processing of high-manganese steel, tool steel, spring steel and mixed compounds like black-and-white joints. The golden rod electrode is mainly used for the repair and maintenance of tools as well as machine and plant parts, e.g. shafts and cog wheels. The electrode is suited for joint welding as well as buffering layers under hard alloys.

The rod electrode  Prima blue was developed for joint welding of unalloyed mild steel. The special feature of this electrode is its easy handling during welding in all positions, also in vertical-down position. This makes the Prima blue popular with users in the steel-processing industry and in craft.

The Ficast Fe completes the new product trio. This rod electrode for welding cast iron was especially developed for single-layer surfacing and welding of buffering layers on scaled and corroded castings. Regarding these applications, the Ficast Fe is a low-priced alternative to the nickel and nickel-iron electrodes.
